executed in 2015 in Tino Cosmetics Company (Mehr Azin)
with the objective to increase productivity in supply
chain. Main objectives of the plan
are: • Increase customer
satisfaction form articles in safe shop delivery • Main customers (dealers)
focus of the process of sales and marketing • Increase assurance and
decrease anxiety of customers and end users of on-time
delivery of products • Decrease charge and time
with decreased transportation route from warehouse to
customer point • Decrease charge and time
with omission of loading and offloading in main
customers’ point • Decrease damages and
losses for updated equipments in logistic warehouses • Decrease supply chain
charges for decreased transportation route form
warehouse to customer point and omit customers’
warehouse • Decrease warehousing
charges of customers
